Biography:
Inderveer represents corporate borrowers, funds, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and financial institutions on a broad range of financing arrangements, including:
- Corporate finance transactions
- Private placements
- Direct lending
- Financial restructuring
- Junior capital

- Cross-border acquisitions
- Project finance transactions
- Leveraged finance transactions
- Eurobonds.

Representative Work:
- Advised PJSC LUKOIL on the successful completion of its issuance of $2.3 billion Eurobonds listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The offering consisted of (i) $1.15 billion 2.80 percent 5.5-year notes due 2027 and (ii) $1.15 billion 3.60 percent 10-year notes due 2031. The notes were issued by LUKOIL Capital DAC and guaranteed by PJSC LUKOIL with the transaction completing on October 26, 2021.
- Represented an ad hoc group of creditors of Premier Oil in connection with restructuring negotiations and Scottish schemes of arrangement.
- Advised PJSC LUKOIL on the $1 billion project financing for the development of the Shah Deniz gas fields in Azerbaijan (awarded IJ Global European Oil & Gas Deal of 2015 and shortlisted for Finance Deal of the Year: Project Financing at the Asia Legal Awards 2016 and shortlisted for Legal Business finance team of the year 2016).
- Advised PJSC LUKOIL (Russia) as guarantor and LUKOIL Overseas Uzbekistan Limited (Cyprus) as borrower on a $660 million export credit financing to fund the construction of a gas processing complex in Uzbekistan in connection with the development of the Kandym gas fields (awarded TXF: Perfect 10 Deal of the Year 2018).
- Advised Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Company (ADWEC) and a consortium comprising Marubeni Corporation and JinkoSolar on a power purchase agreement (PPA) for the 1,177 MW Sweihan Solar PV Independent Power Project in Abu Dhabi (named PFI Middle East & Africa Power Deal of the Year 2018, IJGlobal Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Solar Deal of the Year 2018 and Asian-MENA Counsel Deal of the Year 2018).
