Biography: Catherine’s practice sits at the intersection of private credit and capital markets. She focuses on representing private credit investors, private equity sponsors, distressed companies and ad hoc creditor groups in complex special situations financings and liability management transactions. She is recognized for her ability to structure innovative credit facilities across the capital structure, particularly in distressed contexts, including: - Senior secured debt financings - Public and private equity and debt securities offerings - Debtor-in-possession financings - Leveraged financings. Her capital markets experience includes high yield offerings, tender and exchange offers and initial public offerings.
