Biography: Dan’s practice encompasses derivative transactions, project finance and development, battery storage agreements, energy marketing and trading, renewable energy and M&A. He represents clients in a wide range of energy projects, including: - Developers - Commercial users - Energy marketers - Investors - Financial institutions - Utilities. Dan’s extensive experience with financial derivative transactions involves physical and financial commodities. His work in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), Southwest Power Pool (SPP), PJM Interconnection LLC (PJM) and other markets extends to: - Contracts for differences - International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) hedges - Edison Electric Institute (EEI) hedges - Proxy revenue swaps - Heat Rate Call Options (HRCOs) - Interest Rate Swaps - Other financial products. Dan regularly advises on purchase and sale agreements of large portfolio investments and single project companies. His experience also includes master agreements and credit support documents.
