Biography:
Daniel has extensive experience advising private equity funds, and their investors, on a wide range of investment funds work. Daniel has advised fund managers across the private equity, credit, and infrastructure sectors in both established and developing markets.
In addition, Daniel is a market-leading adviser on secondary transactions having been lead adviser on the largest unsyndicated secondary deal, and the largest GP-led restructuring to date.
Daniel also acts for investors in funds, regularly counselling sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, government agencies and others on various aspects of their investment program including participation in funds, co-investments and managed accounts.

Representative Work:
- Led the team advising a premier secondary house on the raising of its $6 billion flagship fund.
- Advised on a $2.1 billion GP-led restructuring for the lead buyer in a highly complex and market-setting transaction.
- Represented a newly formed green infrastructure manager in the establishment of its fund and co-invest vehicles, raising $1.5 billion in total.
- Lead adviser to one of the most active sovereign wealth investors in private equity, representing them in dozens of transactions across the whole of their platform.
- Advising a global private equity house in the establishment of a €1 billion distressed debt fund.
