Biography:
Tim is widely recognized as a leader in the funds space, with a highly-respected practice advising alternative fund managers, ranging from the largest global houses to emerging managers and spin-outs. He also advises sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors in relation to their investments in alternative investment funds.
Tim advises on a wide variety of issues connected with alternative investment vehicles, including:
